Maggie Schillinger comes from Rutland, Vermont and is currently a plebe at the Academy. She has been playing hockey for over 11 years and won three state championships before deciding to continue playing in college. She decided to play hockey at the Academy because she wanted a place to be able to escape from the everyday life of a plebe and midshipmen. She wanted to have a haven where she was able to build relationships with people she may not have had the chance to meet and have a group outside of the company. Maggie is currently choosing Naval Architecture as her major and intends to fly after graduation.
